Residence Wilrijk
House De Belder in Wilrijk carries a distinct architectural history. The home was renovated by JOE Design Studio with great care for its 1970s character, original details and layered materiality.

Finish:
Throughout the residence, Plain Paint was used across different existing surfaces. From flat walls to brick and earlier decorative techniques, bringing calm and cohesion to the interior. In the bathroom, Aqua Sensa adds a seamless, refined surface that sits naturally alongside natural stone, wood and stainless steel.
